The following Rules, Terms and Conditions apply to the eyeMAGINE 2008 Underwater Photography Competition

1. All images must be of a diving nature, either underwater or diving related
2. RRP for all sponsored prizes is represented by “~”
3. Images can be submitted in digital or processed print formatt
4. Images uploaded direct to the website must be no larger than 1mb, and in a JPEG format only
5. Images sent in disc format have no upper size limit, but must not be in RAW format, and must be accompanied by the eyeMAGINE Data Capture sheet
6. Printed images can be of any size up to a maximum of 300mm x 210mm, and must be accompanied by the eyeMAGINE Data Capture sheet
7. All disc and print images will be re-sized or scanned to facilitate uploading
8. All images will be vetted by the eyeMAGINE team prior to uploading, this may take up to 72 hours from receipt. Any inapropriate materials will be destroyed
9. For Postal Submission a maximum 5 images may be entered per person per category on each submission
10. No images shall be returned at any point
11. eyeMAGINE, its associated group companies and sponsors reserve the right to use any images in later campaigns
12. In submitting images agreement is made that no fee will be paid for later use of any images, although every effort will be made to give full credit to the photographer
13. The main sponsor of each category will be responsible for selecting the winner and runner up in that category
14. The overall sponsor will then be responsible for selecting the overall winner from the sub-category winners, the relevant runner up will then automatically become the winner of the that subcategory
15. Prizes are non-negotiable and subject to change at any time, without prior notice
16. There is no cash alternative to any of the prizes offered
17. The winner of the “Overall” category will receive an Aqualung Mistral Regulator (Limited Edition); The winner of the “International” category will receive a Buddy Tek Wing; The winner of the “UK” category will win a Mares Dragon Air Trim BCD; The winner of the “Querky-Fun” category will win a Fuji Camera and Housing Package.
18. The eyeMAGINE conpetition shall run from 1st October 2007 to 1st October 2008 inclusive
19. Digital enhancement is not excluded, however should be kept to a minimum in the spirit of the event
20. Proffessional photographers are not eligible to enter the eyeMAGINE event, in the spirit of the eyeMAGINE event
21. The images submitted must be free from any intellectual property right restrictions and be in free circulation
22. Multiple enteries allowed, but subject to fair usage policy
23. Management decision is final
24. Please ensure you have the permission of a parent or guardian before submitting any images that contain minors (under 18 years of age)
