After much (and we do mean much, with a capital M) deliberation we are now finally ready to announce the winners of the eyeMagine 2008 Underwater Photography competition. All of the judges, from within the UK scuba industry, commented on the unbelievably high standard and commented that in some cases it was even hard to believe that it was actually an amateur underwater photography competition, rather than a pro one.

However without further ado, and with a huge round of congratulations we are pleased to announce the winners of the eyeMagine 2008 Underwater Photography Competition as:-

UK Image Winner UK Winner, Seal in Farnes By Simon Keen

International Image Winner International Winner, Malcolm Knobbs, for his Anemone Fish in the Barrier Reef

Quirky Image Winner Quirky Winner, Richard Yorke, for his comical Flood in Vivian Quarry

and last but certainly not least

A huge congratulations and thanks goes out to all of the entrants, it was superb to see so many great shots and all of them really did demonstrate just how amazing the underwater world really is – Well Done !
